‘struggle-era artists’, the Ifa Lethu Foundation, through its fashion ranges tells a unique and consistent story of resilience, survival and celebration.

Designs under the Ifa Lethu label by Karen Monk- Klijnstra, Bonga Bhengu and Gugu Msimang are motivated by the recognition of the international
link between two highly inter-related art forms, art and fashion.  Hence these designs, which takes fashionistas on a poignant journey through our
struggle-era, help us celebrate the spirit of what is means to be South African.
