Joburg showcases top designers’ Spring/Summer collections

The City Of Joburg will be hosting the country’s ultimate fashion showcase – the Spring Summer collections of some of South Africa’s top established, and new exciting upcoming designers at Joburg Fashion Week.

The second edition of the four day Fashion Showcase will be taking place for the first time at Montecasino from Wednesday 23 July to Saturday 26 July 2008. The event will feature the ranges of some of the country’s top designers including Sun Goddess, David Tlale, Thula Sindi, Bongiwe Walaza, JJ Schoeman, Fundudzi; Sonwabile Ndamase;  with more designers to be announced soon….

The four day fashion fiesta will afford fans a tantalizing glimpse of the hottest home-grown trends that will enhance Joburg’s image as a hotbed of edgy urban fashion inspiration.  Joburg Fashion Week, produced by the continents’ premiere fashion production and management company,  African Fashion International (AFI),  is fast gaining the reputation as the leading platform to showcase the best that South African designers have to offer.
